Why our pricing looks different

One-time, not monthly

You pay once for your event, not every month forever. No subscription to cancel, no recurring charge to remember.

Sized to your guest list

Passes are built around player count. Pick the size that fits your event, and upgrade if more people show up than planned.

A free tier that's real

Build a full game for free before you pay for anything. You'll know exactly what you're getting, no demo tricks.

Questions about pricing?

How much does Findyst cost?

Findyst is free for small games. Paid passes are one-time, per event: Small $10 (up to 30 players), Medium $20 (60 players), Large $30 (150 players). No subscription, no per-guest fees.

You pick the pass sized to your event (Small, Medium, or Large), pay once, and that's it. Nothing recurring, nothing billed after the fact. The pass is tied to the event, not your account.

That's different from most tools in this space, which bill monthly or charge per head. You're paying for one event, once.

What's included in the free version?

The free tier covers full game creation and play for smaller events: challenges, a live leaderboard, moderation, and everything else you need to try it, just capped on player and challenge count.

It's a real product trial, not a stripped-down demo. You can build and run an actual game for a birthday party or a small team activity without paying anything. It's a solid way to get a feel for setup and gameplay before committing to a bigger event.

When your guest list or challenge list outgrows the free tier, you upgrade with a one-time pass sized to what you actually need. You're never pushed into a subscription to get there.

Is Findyst a subscription?

No. Findyst has no subscription for buying games today. You pay once per event with a flat pass, or play free within the free tier limits.

There's nothing recurring to remember to cancel, no monthly fee ticking away between events. If you host one event a year, you pay for one event a year. That's the whole model.

That holds whether it's your first game or your fiftieth. Pricing scales with the event you're running, not with how long you've had an account.

What if more guests show up than I planned for?

Passes are sized by player count, so if your headcount grows, you upgrade to a bigger pass. You're not locked into what you picked at checkout.

Event headcounts shift constantly. A maybe list turns into fifteen extra guests, or a team offsite picks up last-minute sign-ups. Findyst's passes are built around that reality: move up to a larger size and you're covered.

There are no per-guest surcharges or overage fees sprung on you mid-event. You choose the size once and know exactly what you're paying.

Can I get a refund?

If your game hasn't started yet, contact support and they'll sort out a refund.

Plans change. A venue falls through, a date moves. Reach out before the game kicks off and support handles it directly, rather than making you fight a self-serve cancellation flow.

Start free, no card required, upgrade only if your event needs it.
